The process of attaining a driver's license in Australia is pretty straight and simple. Initially, you will need to get a learner’s permit. To get a learner’s permit you should take a knowledge test.

The driving knowledge test is pretty easy if you practice and all you need to know to pass are some basic traffic rules. Now, if you have a license permit, you are eligible to take driving lessons.

Almost all driving schools offer practical and theoretical lessons, but your aim must be learning the traffic rules and putting the learning into practice. Make sure you feel confident behind the wheel as you reach to take the driver’s test. You must pass the driving test to get a permanent license.


Ireland

When it comes to roads, Ireland and Australia have very similar but slightly distinct setups. There is less traffic, and the roads are in excellent condition. You'll feel at ease when learning to drive in Ireland.

The procedure of learning to drive is similar to that in Australia. To obtain a license in Ireland, you must first be over the age of 17. The main distinction is that you must first pass an official driver's theory test before you may practice driving with an instructor. You can study for the theory test at any time and must achieve a score of 35 out of 40 to succeed.

The traffic rules are consistent, yet the speed restrictions vary according to location.
